I've recently installed Facebook "Like", "LinkWithin" and "ShareThis" plugins in my Thematic child theme. They currently appear below the post but before the Meta/Comments. I want the Meta/Comments to appear ABOVE the other stuff. How do I do this?

Most likely those plugins are injecting their code by filtering the_content or the_excerpt or both. If they have an admin settings page that allows you to turn that off then do so. Then look in the plugin's documentation for how to manually insert the functionality into templates.
Then you would create a child theme function that echoes or prints and hook it into Thematic.
