    For SEO!
    I don't like use plugin. because i think not plugin will speed up my site.
    i want help:
    How to intergrate All in One Seo Pack into Thematic

    I'm uncertain why you would want to use this plugin (I believe it all is handled by Thematic), but I would guess that all you have to do is activate the plugin, and then it' good to go.

    The plugin does let you create custom SEO descriptions, titles and keywords for each post. But TNTC is right, just activate the plugin. There is no real 'integration' required.
