I think I'm going to abstract basic image styles and basic navigation styles into their own files. It's stuff I find myself writing over and over again without changing for the most part. It's technically a server hit if you're importing more stuff, but I really don't count extra nanoseconds. Plus, you don't have to import anything in a child theme. You can just copy and paste it into your stylesheet or write your own styles.
Any opinions?
