WP3 Submenu visible on Subpage

    hey there.
    i am experimenting with the new menu feature in WP3 right now and i have two questions:

    1. is it possible to always display the submenu items on a subpage?
    somewhat like this menu: http://drp.ly/1Eek1M

    2. is it possible so hack the thematic menu so that the submenu items are displayed horizontally? (like in the image)
